Bodyweight Push / Pull Day 2

Doing this instead of bench press and push presses since I need the pulling help and like to know that there are workout routines that I can do outside of the gym and that teach me to manipulate my body better. Specifically I think that this will help me with the Spartan traverse wall, balancing obstacles and anything else where I need to manipulate my body.

Warm Up:

Push / Pull Ladder

  • Push Ups - Ladder to 10 ** up from 6 last time
  • TRX Rows - Ladder to 6 **same as last time
  • Dips - Ladder to 6 replaced easier Seated Dips - Ladder to 10
  • Pull Ups - Not sure how many total but switched grips and hung when I couldn’t do anymore

Notes / Results:
  • Time: 50 minutes.
  • Weight: 197
