Sunday Run - 10# weight vest, 2 hours, 20 minutes

Best of a work out and I really gave it all I had. My goal was to take 5 minutes off my previous best of 2:15 but that did not happen. I hit my normal mark of 2:20.

I can pat myself on the back since I added 2 pounds to the weight vest without losing time.
