Today was body weight day and part of my strength building winter. Back to Ladders and although I will put in some core and pistol squats, I want to make sure that the focus is mostly on upper body.
Warm Up:
Body Weight Ladders
- V-Ups / Toes to Bar / Leg Ups: 10
- Dips: 6
- Rows: 7
- Military Press (feet elevated): 5
- Push Ups: 5
