Body Weight Ladders - 2 of 4

Today was body weight day and part of my strength building winter. Back to Ladders and although I will put in some core and pistol squats, I want to make sure that the focus is mostly on upper body.
Warm Up:

Body Weight Ladders

  • V-Ups / Toes to Bar / Leg Ups: 10
  • Dips: 6
  • Rows: 7
  • Military Press (feet elevated): 5
  • Push Ups: 5

Notes / Results:

  • Time: 60 minutes.
  • Weight: 199
