Great Leg Day

Great day today. I added load across all rep ranges and completed every set with good, if not great, form. Just like yesterday it may be due to the fact that I was able to block everything out and take my time to properly execute my lifts. I was able to do this on a workday since I am only doing deadlifts and squats.
