Upper Body Strength Sunday

I don’t know how often I say this but it was another day that I wasn’t sure that I would have 100% at the gym but I still got my work in and surprised myself with my results. Since it was a Sunday I was able to be mindful of my workout and enjoy it. I could have done better on the first sets of some exercises by doing more reps but I did improve on the heavier load sets that had lower reps. Always making progress.
