Squats & Deadlifts

Uuuugh I am feeling it a couple hours post workout. Good day. Made progress. Increased load. I didn’t get as deep as I wanted to get on my squats with heavier weights but I definitely did not half rep and my depth at the heaviest weight was as good as, if not better than, 3 other people I saw squatting today. In my second set I got so deep that I hit the support bar in the power cage. I have nothing to be ashamed of.
