Arms & Shoulders

Good day at the gym and glad to have accomplished my 3rd day of strength training this week. With the snowstorm and morning meetings, I was afraid that I was not going to be able to do it. This frees up time this weekend for Kettlebell (total body and more conditioning) and Tabata/cardio.

Also, was able to get 5 sets in for 3 out of the 4 exercises. This 5th set does not include the warm up set where I do 10 reps at half my max weight so that I am properly warmed up. So, even when I do 4 sets, I am doing 5. Now I am doing 6 with 5 dedicated to strength building.

Warm Up:

Arms & Shoulders Routine - 1st set is low weight to warm up and focus on form. Sets 2 - 5 are for max weight for 5 reps each.

Core Tabata
  • Sit ups with 10 pound plate
  • Mason Twists with 25 pound dumbbell
  • V-Ups with 8kg kettlebell
  • Crossover fingers to knees with 10 pound plate
