Really rocked it today by not only surpassing previous highs but also exceeding goals. This may be partially due to resting 2 out of the last 3 days. Whatever the reason, I am proud of myself and my progress.
Warm Up:
Leg Routine - 1st set is low weight to warm up and focus on form. Sets 2 - 5 are for max weight for 5 reps each.

- Time: 55 minutes. No Tabata. From previous notes this workout takes longer. I don’t know why.

- Plate Loaded Calf Raise
- Previous high: 250 Goal: 275
- Sets: 210, 230, 250, 270, 290
- Deadlift
- Previous high: 235 Goal: 275

- Barbell Squats
- Previous high: 205 Goal: 225
- Sets: 205, 215, 225, 230, 230
