Still feel like I am recovering a little bit but got a good leg day in although I did leave out the step ups. I got a late start since life got in the way.
I had switched from the dumbbell step ups to barbell step ups but will be going back to dumbbells since they also attack my grip strength. Next time. Probably Monday.
