This morning was tough. Legs are still killing me from my leg day in the gym on Wednesday. Was only able to run hills for about 20 minutes and hiked for another 40.
Also, yesterday I fell of the carb wagon eating a chicken salad sandwich with sweet potato fries for lunch, 2 pieces of pizza for dinner, and a six pack of beer. So much for carb loading as I did not feel good diet wise and need to get back to my plants, meat and seafood diet.
