2:20 Run

Got out early and ran for time / distance. Had to stop and walk some times due to the ice and snow on the route but was glad to complete my full course, which I guess-timate to be in the 9 mile range, running the entire time. A good aerobic compliment to my anaerobic strength training. 

Tomorrow I expect to do kettlebells which, although physically challenging strength wise, is another aerobic routine.
