Strength Day - Tapering but New Deadlift PR

I am going to call today a good day since I increased weight on my deadlift and bench press. The drawbacks were that I did not squat since the power rack was occupied and I gained three pounds, putting me slightly over 200.

Yesterday I was supposed to lift but was exhausted and in typical rest day fashion I ate like a starved animal. I am hoping that my weight gain is due to more muscle mass and that yesterday was a day that I built that muscle.

I can justify missing squats since the Tough Mudder is coming up this Sunday and I really should be tapering.
