2 hours and 50 minutes of hill/trail running. Admittedly I was not sprinting up the steepest slopes the entire time but I kept my feet moving and maintained the best pace I could. The purpose of the day was for duration and I think that I achieved that. Also, running hills/mountains/trails is perfect practice for the Tri State Super Spartan next Sunday.
This was my last blow out workout before my Sunday event and I feel like I really gave it my all. Sunday I will rest, Monday through Thursday will be light gym days, and rest days will be Friday and Saturday.
I got this. I am going to be okay this year.
