Speed Sack Sprint Day w/ Six Pound Weight Belt

The Speed Sack is a large sack that holds three ten pound sand bags and has a rope thing that attaches to your waist. 

The entire workout was done while wearing my weight belt which is up to six pounds this week.

Walked 20 minutes with 30 pound Speed Sack to local soccer/football field.

Ran around the track
50 yard sprint w/o Speed Sack
10 Burpees
50 yard lunges w/o Speed Sack

Ran around the track
50 yard sprint with 10 pound Speed Sack
10 Burpees
50 yard lunges with 10 pound Speed Sack

Ran around the track
50 yard sprint with 20 pound Speed Sack
10 Burpees
50 yard lunges with 20 pound Speed Sack

Ran around the track
50 yard sprint with 30 pound Speed Sack
10 Burpees
50 yard lunges with 30 pound Speed Sack

Repeat with 30 pound Speed Sack three more times for total of four. 

Total Speed Sack Sprint time: 60 minutes

Walk home 20 minutes with 30 pound Speed Sack
