Speed Sack Sprints

Today was my second time using the Speed Sack. Its a sack that you attach to your waist and carries 3 10 pound sandbags. This is in addition to wearing a 4 pound weight belt (up from 2 pounds last week).

The first time I did this workout I went to the soccer/football field in Weehawken but since then noticed that there is a soccer field in Hoboken that is a little bit closer. The problem that I discovered today is that the Hoboken field is locked. This forced me to go to a kids grass play area that some dogs use as their toilet. Not an ideal situation but I got through it for today.

I am looking forward to doing this workout again under better conditions at the Weehawken field.
