2nd Leg Day of Week - Minor Squat goal accomplished

Minor squat goal accomplished: I can now squat more than I bench. Not that I can bench any significant amount. The thought is that myself and anyone who goes to the gym and lifts weights does a bench press. Doing squats is rare and I have only been doing them correctly, starting from scratch, for a couple of months. Squatting more than you bench is expected due to the bigger and more muscles involved.

Next goal is to squat my weight. I also need to bench my weight. Slow progress every day.

Warm Up:

Leg Routine - Do 1 set at ½ weight for ten reps to warm up and focus on form, then 5 sets of 5 reps each at max weight.
