Leg Day - Killed it & now feeling it

Killed it today and I am really feeling it. One of my first goals, and most simple was to get my squate above my bench press. I just cleared that bar today by doing 1 more rep than my bench press high. Now I need to squat my weight and bench my weight.

Also, my last deadlift rep was what I felt to be a monster. I did 3 reps @ 275 on my 4th set. When I came back for my 5th set I was determined to get 5 reps in. I did it by using everything that I had within me. It felt great. I felt like walking out of the gym as a champion.

Warm Up:

Leg Routine - Do 1 set at ½ weight for ten reps to warm up and focus on form, then 5 sets of 5 reps each at max weight.

    • Sets: 245, 255, 265, 3@275, 275
  • Finisher: 30 Burpees
