Improved on my big lifts today and really felt like I could have squatted all day long. Stopped at 5 reps on my 5th set and will leave further gains to next week. My numbers are far from impressive but I am getting there. Eventually. One day.
Warm Up:
Leg Routine - Do 1 set at ½ weight for ten reps to warm up and focus on form, then 5 sets of 5 reps each at max weight.
