I have to tell you that after last week's Spartan Sprint I really wish that I was racing again this weekend. So much fun.
I went back to my spot and did my full run. Since my leg was barking this week I did not increase the weight vest from the 6 pounds that I did 2 weeks ago. I didn't feel as fast this week but the weight vest felt lighter. End result is that I took 5 minutes off my time completing the entire run in 2 hours and 15 minutes as opposed to 2 hours and 20 minutes.
I plan on taking next week off from this work out and enjoy father's day. In two weeks, I will do it again with an eight pound vest.
