Good Press Day

Uuuugh. The holiday season. I find myself slipping with my diet and this morning was tough since I am feeling the effects of a killer leg day yesterday followed by a late holiday party. Bottom line is that I did not feel 100% and dragged through it. I did less on my bench but more reps on my press. I also had a good pull up day. Skipped the rows. I will be adjusting my workout schedule to do this routine again on Sunday when I have time, am rested, and can focus.
