The gym is my oasis. Got in there today and it was therapeutic to focus on my workout and think about life. I also took my time to do everything.
Stepped up the load and wasn’t able to hit the reps for Rows, increased reps with same load for bench, increased load with lower reps for press, and increased reps for pull ups. Since I am doing 5 reps on pull ups I am ready to step it up and add a weight belt.
Warm Up:

- 20 Judo Push Ups
