After nailing my December 1st goals and overeating (bulking) and resting legs since Thursday, today I was glad to get back in the groove and hit those goals again although at lower reps. I have Thursday to advance. I actually did very good with load but the reps weren’t there.
Tomorrow I am going after it with my upper body strength day. Screw form.
