Friday - Squats & Rows

Just got in, did my work and went home. Did my 50 jumping jack, 40 squat, 30 sit up & 20 push up warm up. Need to incorporate the burpee.

Time: 25 minutes

Squats: 5@25; 5@30; 3@40 / 5@50; 5@60; 5@70
