Did great with my 5/3/1 Deadlifts but my conditioning sucks.

Deadlifts: 5@30; 5@45; 3@55 / 3@67.5; 3@80; 3@92.5
10 Push Up Super Set

Farmer's Carry
1 Round Spartan BW Circuit
30 Burpees in 3:50
