Tuesday - Press, Pull, Row & Bench

Good upper body day. Think that I can start to transition from 10 x 10 to the 12 / 10 / 8 / 5 / 3.

Also think that I am light on 5/3/1 for the Press so adding sets at the end with heavier loads.
