Keeping at it. Like this workout routine. I am getting better at the Spartan body weight stuff but still have a ways to go.
Time: 40 minutes
Warm Up: 50 jumping jacks / 40 squats / 30 sit ups / 20 push ups / 10 burpees
Squats: 5@32.5 / 5@40 / 5@52.5 / 6@65 / 5@80 / 5@92.5
